Where are my WOW Points for the reservation I made?
For travel purchases, your points will not post until 21 days after your travel has been completed and we have received confirmation from the merchant.
If 21 business days have passed since you have completed your travel, but you still don't see your points on your activity statement at all, please log in to your account and send us your order information using this link:
This will provide us with all the information we need in order to open an inquiry with the merchant on your behalf.
Why are my WOW Points still pending?
Your points will not advance from pending until 21 days after your travel has been completed and we have received confirmation from the merchant. If 21 days have passed since your travel has been completed and your points are still pending, please submit a claim here: Claim Form
If you need help saving the receipt as a PDF you can do this within Google Chrome. Click "Print" then click "Change Printer" and from the printer list select "Save as PDF" and finally click "Save". Please do not crop your receipt as we need the entire document to process this order.
Why have my WOW Points not appeared in my account at all?
It can take 7-10 business days for our merchant partners to inform us of your order. If it has been longer than this, it is possible that our system has failed to track your order. To help us process your claim quickly and accurately, please log in to your account and submit your order information through the following link:
Claim Form (Select Earning WOWPoints, then Missing WOWPoints)
This will allow us to reach out to the merchant on your behalf and award your WOWpoints/credit after they confirm your purchase.
Why have I earned a different amount than mentioned?
It's possible that our system mis-tracked your order; if you believe this is the case, please submit a claim through this form: Claim Form (Select Earning WOWPoints, then Incorrect WOWPoints)
