For travel purchases, your credit will not post until 21 days after your travel has been completed and we have received confirmation from the merchant.
If 21 business days have passed since you have completed your travel, but you still don't see your credit on your activity statement, please log in to your account and send us your order information using this link:
This will provide us with all the information we need in order to open an inquiry with the merchant on your behalf.
