Points disappear from your balance when you allocate them towards a merchant, even if you decide to not purchase. To delete the allocation, you can do so by hovering over the golden coin icon and clicking on the drop-down "WOWPoints Statement." Here you can manage your allocations and return them to your balance.

If this does not resolve your issue, and you still can't find points that you used to have, you may want to check your statement for redemptions you have forgotten about, or if you are not seeing anything there, you may have a duplicate account. If you suspect you have a duplicate account, please contact customer service.
