Broadway tickets purchased through Perks at Work are delivered via email from BroadwayInbound (yourtickets@broadwayinbound.com). Delivery timing depends on the specific show.
Instant Delivery: you'll get an email with your tickets within 24 hours of purchase (most arrive within the hour after purchasing)
Delayed Delivery: you'll get an email with your tickets 2 weeks before the show. Note that if your show time is less than 2 weeks away, instant delivery will apply and you will receive your tickets within 24 hours.
