Tickets purchased through Broadway employee pricing are delivered via email from BroadwayInbound (yourtickets@broadwayinbound.com).
When to expect them:
- Most orders are sent within 1 hour of placing your order.
- Some orders are held and sent 14 days before the show as a fraud prevention measure.

If your show is less than 2 weeks away and you still don't have your tickets, please contact us.
