What's the cancellation policy for my tickets?
Tickets for concerts, comedy shows, and other shows purchased through our program are all non-cancellable and nonrefundable.
How can I cancel my tickets?
All tickets are nonrefundable and non-cancellable. If your show is canceled or you want to speak to someone about your situation that is preventing you from going, you will have contact the ticket merchant directly. Your merchant supplier will be visible on your ticket or in messages regarding the ticket. Alternatively, you can find the merchant in Purchase History.
If you are looking to cancel a reservation that was provided by VividSeats you will have to contact them directly by emailing care@firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 1-866-970-3269.
Alternatively, you can resell the tickets to return to VividSeats. VividSeats only permits verified ticket resellers to list/sell tickets on the site. You may wish to list your tickets on SeatGeek, another secondary ticket platform or within your personal network.

I purchased tickets to an event that has been canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). What happens now?
If your event has been canceled, your purchase is entitled to a full refund. If your event has been postponed, the purchase will likely be valid for the new date, though every event may be different. VividSeats will reach out to you regarding this date change.

Tickets for concerts, comedy shows, and other shows purchased on our site through other merchants would have to be addressed directly by the respective merchants.
