Official Rules – Perks at Work Holiday Savings Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
The Perks at Work Holiday Savings Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and D.C. who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Participants must be registered Perks at Work users at the time of entry. Registration is free and available at https://www.perksatwork.com. Sweepstakes is open only to users whose accounts are in good standing. Employees of Perks at Work, its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Perks at Work.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on November 2, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
Each eligible participant may earn one (1) entry per week during the Promotion Period.
Ways to enter:
- Platform Visit Entry: Visit https://www.perksatwork.com or log in via the Perks at Work mobile app during the Promotion Period. One entry per user, per week.
Entries must be associated with a valid Perks at Work account in good standing.
5. Prizes
Winners will be selected each week during the Promotion Period. The available prizes and their corresponding entry periods are:
- 4 X 3-Day Walt Disney World Ticket Sets (Nov 2 – Nov 8, 2025) – 4 winners
- NFL Tickets Package (Nov 9 – Nov 15, 2025) – 1 winner
- 2026 Cruise Package (Nov 16 – Nov 22, 2025) – 1 winner
- LG OLED Smart TV (Nov 23 – Nov 29, 2025) – 4 winners
- $600 Apple Gift Card (Nov 30 – Dec 6, 2025) – 10 winners
- 2026 Masters Golf Experience Package (Dec 7 – Dec 13, 2025) – 1 winner
- $600 Target Gift Card (Dec 14 – Dec 24, 2025) – 1 winner
Each prize may be delivered as a gift card, WOWPoints, or funds in the amount of the prize on a prepaid Visa or Mastercard. Ticketed experiences may be coordinated by Perks at Work or a partner travel agency.
For any prize with an approximate retail value (ARV) over $600, the winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will be issued a 1099-MISC for tax reporting purposes. If a winner declines to submit a W-9, they may elect to receive an alternative prize of $600 in WOWPoints, which will not require tax documentation.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. If necessary, Perks at Work reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Actual values may vary depending on availability and booking conditions.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected each week at random from all eligible entries received during that week. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email. If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with their prize. No IRS Form 1099 will be issued if the prize value is under $600. If a prize exceeds $600, an IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued unless the winner opts for the $600 WOWPoints alternative.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Perks at Work permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Perks at Work reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues impact fairness or integrity. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries.
10. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes must be resolved individually, without resort to class action. All claims and judgments shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.
11. Privacy
Information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Perks at Work’s Privacy Policy (https://www.perksatwork.com/privacy).
