How to download and access the Perks at Work Mobile App

Easiest way to get started (recommended)

Use your desktop to install and sign in at the same time.

Perks at Work generates a one-time QR code that both installs the app and logs you in — so you don't have to type your password on your phone.

  1. On a desktop or laptop, sign in to perksatwork.com.
  2. Go to the mobile app download page: perksatwork.com/mobileappdownload.
  3. Choose iOS or Android, then point your phone's camera at the Step 1 QR code to install the app.
  4. Open the app and tap Login with QR Code. Scan the Step 2 QR code on the same desktop page. You're in.
  5. When prompted, enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint for instant sign-in next time.

Note: The Step 2 QR code contains your sign-in credentials. Treat it like a password — don't share it or screenshot it for others.

Already on your phone?

If you can't get to a desktop right now, install the app directly from the store and sign in with your Perks at Work email and password.

Troubleshooting

The store can't find the app when I search.
Use the direct links above instead of searching — there are several "Perks at Work" apps in the stores, and the wrong one won't work for your employer.

My phone camera won't open the QR code.
Make sure you're using your phone's built-in camera app (not a third-party scanner). On older devices, you may need a dedicated QR app from the App Store or Google Play.

The Step 2 login QR code says it expired.
The login QR is valid for a short time only. Refresh the desktop download page to generate a new one and scan again.

I forgot my Perks at Work password.
Use perksatwork.com and click Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset it before installing the app.
