Official Rules – Perks at Work Summer Kickoff Giveaway

1. Eligibility

The Perks at Work Summer Kickoff Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and D.C. who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Participants must be registered Perks at Work users at the time of entry. Registration is free and available at https://www.perksatwork.com. Sweepstakes is open only to users whose accounts are in good standing. Employees of Perks at Work, its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Perks at Work.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on May 19, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

Each eligible participant may earn up to three (3) entries total during the Promotion Period. Ways to enter:

• 1x Entry for visiting the Perks at Work platform (web or app)

• 1x Entry for logging into the Perks at Work mobile app

• 1x Entry for either:

  • Making a qualifying purchase through Perks at Work OR

  • Completing the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) form

All entries must be associated with a valid Perks at Work account. Maximum of three (3) entries per person, regardless of method.

5. Prizes

A total of 20 prizes will be awarded to 20 individual winners. Each winner will receive one (1) of the following prizes:

• 3 winners – GE Electric Smoker

• 3 winners – Samsung 50” TV

• 3 winners – LG xboom by will.i.am

• 3 winners – Lenovo IdeaPad Pro

• 3 winners – 2 NFL tickets (up to $300 per ticket)

• 5 winners – 1-year Active & Fit membership (Standard tier- $28/month)

Prizes will be awarded randomly; winners cannot choose their prize. All prizes have an approximate retail value under $600. Actual value may vary.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. If necessary, Perks at Work reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Twenty (20) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around June 1, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email. If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate may be selected.

7. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with their prize. No IRS Form 1099 will be issued as all prize values are under $600.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Perks at Work permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Perks at Work reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues impact fairness or integrity. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

10. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes must be resolved individually and without class action.

11. Privacy

Information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Perks at Work’s Privacy Policy.
