The available restaurants that you see are pulled directly from the Restaurant.com site - they are the ones who manage the relationships with the restaurants and will be able to answer questions for you about the set up they have with the restaurants. You can also write into our support team and we can remove the restaurant from our offerings.
Meanwhile, restaurant certificates are non-refundable, but you can exchange your certificate for another certificate of equal value at any time.
To do this, please go to your Restaurant Certificates page and select "Exchange Certificate." The next page will have the blue "Exchange Certificate" link underneath the green "Add To Cart" button for that restaurant. After clicking the appropriate link, re-select the certificate of equal value and your exchange will be processed.
