How can I tell if my restaurant certificate is still valid?

Does my certificate expire?

The value of your Restaurant.com certificate does not expire. This means that you can exchange any certificate for another of equal value at any time and for any reason. We allow this because there are restaurants that decide they no longer want to participate in the Restaurant.com program.

How can I tell if my restaurant certificate has been used?

To view your past Restaurant.com purchases, first please log into your account. Then click the "Account Settings" drop-down menu under your user icon, and select "Purchase History." Once there, please click on "Dining Certificates" to view your past Restaurant.com purchases. Your available certificates will be displayed at the top, and certificates that have been reported as used will be on the bottom of the page under the heading "Used Certificates."

Please note that there is sometimes a lag time between when the restaurant reports the certificate as used to Restaurant.com, and when Restaurant.com reports that to us. Accordingly, if you are concerned, you can always contact Restaurant.com directly. You can also mark a certificate used yourself by clicking on the "Mark as Used" link next to the certificate.
