Restaurant.com certificates are non-refundable, but can always be exchanged for a certificate of equal value. The value refers to the amount that the certificate is worth when using it at a restaurant, regardless of the purchase price. Certificates cannot be combined.
When you exchange a certificate, we send an automatic, immediate notification to Restaurant.com alerting them of any issue.
To exchange your certificate for another certificate, first go to the "Account Settings" drop down menu in the upper right hand corner and select "Purchase History". From there you will be able to select, "Dining Certificates." Then once viewing your list, select the exchange option next to your certificate and follow the prompts. If your desired certificate is disabled (marked in grey) that means your desired restaurant does not offer a certificate of matching value and an exchange cannot be made. Please either select a different certificate, or try again with a different restaurant.
