You will need the recipient's last name and your order number which can be found on your email confirmation or in your purchase history. The FTD order number starts with "NJ".
Please note FTD Delivery Hours:
Residential:
9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (or as late as 9:00 PM during holidays)
Business:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Funeral:
Delivery will occur before requested time of service
