What if I am a UK user?
You can request a copy of your data that is held by Next Jump by logging into your account. Once logged in, hover in the top right corner icon in the top navigation bar and then click on "Account Settings", enter your password (if requested) and scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll see a section labelled ‘My Data’. You can click on the 'More Details’ button below it and request a copy of your data from there. The data will be emailed to your primary email address on file once it is prepared.
What if I am a user in the US or somewhere else?
