Are family accounts tied to my account?
No, they are separate accounts with different user status. Having the ability to invite friends and family members simply provides the ability for people who don’t work at companies with Perks at Work to access the website.
Do I get WOWPoints from my invited users joining and/or shopping?
We currently do not have a function available that allows you to combine or transfer WOWPoints between friends and family. You also do not get WOWPoints for inviting users to the website.
Can I uninvite someone from my family and friends?
You can manage your invites by going to “Account Settings” and clicking on the “Invites” tab. If your invitee’s status is “pending”, you have the ability to invite this user again or cancel the invitation. Canceling a pending invitation allows you to reuse that invite.
If your invitee has accepted your invitation, you have the option to remove them from your family. Please note that removing an invitee from your friends and family does not change the number of invites you have left to give.
Do my invited users have access to the same offers I do?
It is up to your employer’s discretion whether or not your invitees receive all of the same offers as employees. While most offers will apply, some offers are negotiated specifically for employees, and as such are not extended to invitees.
