Check your spam folder.
Sometimes our emails are automatically pushed to a spam or junk mail folder. If our emails automatically go into that folder, make sure to add cs@perksatwork.com to your safe sender list.
Other possible causes.
Check your account to verify which email address is on file as the primary email address for your account. It is possible you are checking a secondary account, or that there is an error in your email address.
