We understand that travel plans can change, and we're here to help you with your hotel reservation modifications or cancellations. Please follow the steps below based on the type of reservation you have.
1. Identify Your Reservation Type
Hotel bookings through our site can be either cancelable and refundable or non-refundable. You can find the cancellation policy for your reservation during the checkout process, on your confirmation page, and in your confirmation email. You can also view the policy by logging into your account, hovering over the account dropdown, clicking on "Travel Reservations," or by following this link and clicking "view details" on your reservation.
2. Understand the Cancellation or Adjustment Policy
- Non-Refundable: Some special rates on our site are non-refundable according to our agreement with the hotel.
- Refundable: Refundable reservations can usually be canceled without penalty if you cancel in time. However, some may have restrictions or cancellation fees as the check-in date approaches. Please refer to the cancellation policy in your booking confirmation email or on your travel reservations page.
3. Cancel Your Reservation
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Refunds and cancellations are not guaranteed for non-refundable bookings. Exceptions are at the hotel's discretion. If you need to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, please submit an exception request to our customer service team using our travel help tool: After Booking Travel -> Hotels -> Select Hotel -> "Contact Us Directly."
- Refundable Bookings: To cancel a refundable booking, log in to your account, go to the travel reservations page, click "view details" on your reservation, and click the "cancel reservation" button. Your reservation will be canceled, and any applicable refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Modify Your Reservation
We're unable to make changes to reservations, such as date changes or room type adjustments. To modify your reservation, follow the cancellation instructions above and then create a new booking with the updated details. Please note that hotel rates may change, and we cannot guarantee the original rate when you re-book.
