If you make a return on a purchase for which you've earned WOWPoints, we will deduct the value of your return from your WOWPoints balance. For instance, if you were to make a purchase of $100 earning 10x WOWPoints, your statement balance would show an earn total of 1,000 WOWPoints that are pending. If you were to return $10 of the merchandise you purchased, 100 WOWPoints ($10 multiplied by 10x WOWPoints) would be deducted from your statement balance.
To keep your rebate, please do the following when making your exchange:
1) Return the item(s) to the merchant as you would normally.
2) Make a replacement order by clicking through to the merchant's site via the "Shop Now" link for a regular WOWPoints offer with the merchant on our site.
3) After you receive your complete order, please send us the following information via the "Contact Us" links provided within the site:
