WOWpoints don't expire, so if you are seeing fewer WOWPoints than you expected there could be a few reasons:
-You may have the WOWPoints allocated to a merchant
-You may be logged into a duplicate account with no WOWpoints balance
In either case, you can get them back!
Here's how to check and fix if you have WOWPoints allocated:
- Log in on the desktop site. Mouse over the WOWPoints counter next to the search. If you see a number next to "Allocated" like below, it means you have those WOWPoints allocated to a merchant. Most likely you started to redeem them in the past but it did not process completely.
2. If you do see an allocation, click on "WOWPoints statement" in the same dropdown to visit your WOWPoints statement. Here you can manage your allocations and return them to your balance. If you are no longer trying to redeem them and would like to return them to your balance, you can do so using this link on your WOWpoints statement:
If you don't see an allocation and are still missing your WOWPoints, it's possible that you are logged into a duplicate account. Please contact our customer service team using this form (Account Settings > Migrate Merge Account) and let us know you are missing WOWpoints. Our team can look into this for you and investigate the missing points.
