What kind of emails do you send?
We send emails involving new offers released, rewards or recognitions you might have received and general transactional emails (such as password resets). You can choose which email(s) you’d like to receive by changing your preferences in ‘Email Settings’.
Can I personalize the emails I receive?
You can choose to receive different emails based on your preferences such as offers from your favorite merchants, top 10 offers of the week and so on. You can personalize which emails you’d like to receive by logging into your account. Once logged in, hover in the top right corner icon in the top navigation bar and then click on "Email Settings", enter your password (if requested), and then scroll down to the section labelled ‘Your Notifications’.
