What if the price for the item changes during the purchase?
Best Buy may change the pricing on items at any time without notice. Our site attempts to synchronize and show prices in real-time to be the same as Bestbuy.com. Occasionally, there may be a short delay in synchronizing during system maintenance. Please notify us of any price mismatches.
Why did I receive a price change alert?
When we detect a change in the price of an item in your shopping cart, you will be notified by an alert message. Unfortunately, once the price is increased in the inventory, we are unable to offer items at the older prices you may have seen. The final price of an item is updated in real-time and will be reflected accurately in the review step of checkout before your order is placed.
How do Price Drops work?
If you purchase an item with store pickup and the item is offered at a lower price in the store, you will automatically be charged this lower price. In addition, if the price of an item drops before or at the time of shipment, you will be automatically charged the lower price. Your credit card is not charged until the product is shipped.
