What is a Prepaid Hotel Booking?
Prepaid means you have paid for the full reservation (excluding resort fees or other fees). Resort fees, also called facility fees, are additional fees that may be charged by the hotel, in addition to the base room rate.
Please also note that, as with any hotel reservation, you may still be asked to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals and may be asked to put down a security deposit that will be returned back to you after checking out of your room, provided no damages occur. For any questions about incidentals and/or security deposits, please contact the hotel directly.
What is a Postpaid Hotel Booking?
Postpaid means you will not be charged for the hotel right away. The hotel will either charge you the full amount including any security deposits at check-in, or they may only charge some amount as a deposit at check-in and charge the full amount after check-out. Please read any policies and/or Terms & Conditions for your specific hotel reservation to confirm the details of your postpaid reservation.
