We allow merchants up to 7-10 days from the date of your purchase to confirm your order with us. Once we receive confirmation from the merchant, we post your WOWPoints to your account within a few hours.
For travel purchases, your points will not post until 21 days after your travel has been completed and we have received confirmation from the merchant.
