How do I receive my theme park tickets?
Most of the theme park tickets are sent via email or found in your Purchase History. The tickets from a single order will be in one PDF with multiple pages.
When do I receive my theme park tickets?
With the exception of Universal Studios tickets, our theme park tickets are sent within minutes of completing your purchase. Once the purchase is complete, you will be sent an email with the PDF of your tickets and your Purchase History will be adjusted.
Universal Studios Hollywood
These tickets are directly sold by Universal Studios Hollywood. They are responsible for the fulfillment of sending you the tickets.

These tickets are sold by our merchant partner for various attractions, HotelBeds. They are responsible for the fulfillment of sending you the tickets.
