Why isn't it letting me checkout?
We have a system in place that makes an attraction product in your cart timeout. If you attempt to checkout, you'll receive an error that explains this and requests that you remove the item from your cart and add it again. After you follow these instructions, you will be able to checkout successfully.
Why can't I find the date I want to visit on?
If you are viewing an attractions offer and looking for a specific date, but are unable to find it, there are a few possible reasons. This does not apply to theme park purchases on our Theme Parks page except for Universal Studios Orlando and Knott's Berry Farm.
One reason is that the date is some type of restricted date for the venue. It could be a special event, unsupported blackout date, or the park may be closed.
A second reason is that you may be attempting to purchase a ticket too close to the date. Our system supports the purchase of tickets three days before the event. If you are within three days of the event, you will be prevented from choosing the date because we cannot guarantee you will get your tickets in time.
