Why is the name on my billing information different?
Walmart is the only merchant we have where you pay us and we pay Walmart with our corporate card information. Therefore, the information you see for billing on Walmart.com is our billing information.
Does this affect my ability to return an item?
This does not affect orders, fulfillment, or returns/exchanges. If you do decide to return your item for a refund, you can do that straight from the tracking page. Please note that it will take 7-10 days instead of the typical 5-7 for refunds. If you do not receive your refund after 10 business days, please reach out to us as the information might have gotten lost. We'll contact Walmart on your behalf and verify the refund.
