Can I cancel my theme park tickets?

All theme park tickets are generally non-cancellable and nonrefundable. Exceptions may be made for them, but it's all dependent on the circumstances and the park.

Are there any known exceptions for my tickets to be refunded?

Each merchant has its own exceptions that qualify for a refund.

SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and Sesame Place

These tickets are strictly nonrefundable and non-cancellable. Instances of, the inability to make an initially planned trip, or family emergency are not accepted as exceptions. Exceptions are only made for outlying cases of extreme weather or incidents that prevented you from going. 

Legoland

These tickets are strictly nonrefundable and non-cancellable.

Six Flags 

These tickets are strictly nonrefundable and non-cancellable.  For instances where you are looking to change the selected Six Flags park for any reason, you will need to purchase replacement tickets first before requesting a refund. Then, you can reach out to us and we can process the refund. For emergencies or park closures, tickets may also be voided, please reach out to us for these instances as well.

Universal Studios Hollywood

These tickets are directly sold by Universal Studios Hollywood. Any cancellations would have to be done directly by them.

Universal Studios Orlando

These tickets are sold by our merchant partner for various attractions, HotelBeds. Any cancellations would have to be processed on their end.
