What kind of reservation do I have?
Some hotel bookings through our site are cancelable and refundable and some are not. The cancellation policy is always shown during the checkout process, on your confirmation page, and you can find your cancellation policy by mousing over the account dropdown and clicking on “Travel Reservations”, or following this link and clicking “view details” on your reservation.
What is the cancellation or adjustment policy for my reservation?
- Non-Refundable
Some special rates through our site are non-refundable as per our agreement with the hotel.
- Refundable
Refundable reservations usually can be cancelled with no penalty if you cancel in time, but many have some restrictions or cancellation fees as the check-in date gets closer. Please refer to the cancellation policy described on the email confirmation you received for your booking, or log in and go to your travel reservations page, and click “view details” on your reservation.
How can I cancel my reservation?
- Non-Refundable Bookings
Refunds and cancellations are not guaranteed on non-refundable bookings, and exceptions are at the discretion of the hotel. As such, if you think you may need to change your travel plans, we strongly advise against booking a non-refundable rate. If you have booked a non-refundable rate and cannot make your trip due to extenuating circumstances, we can request an exception to the cancellation policy. To request an exception, please make an inquiry to our customer service team using our travel help tool.
After Booking Travel -> Hotels -> Select Hotel -> “Contact Us Directly”
- Refundable Booking
For the cancellation of a refundable booking you can cancel the booking from your account. Log in and go to our travel reservations page, clikchttps://www.perksatwork.com/mytravelreservations/land, clicking “view details” on your reservation, and clicking the “cancel reservation” button. This will cancel your reservation. Please note that the reservation cannot be reinstated once cancelled. If a refund is due you can expect to receive it within 5-7 business days.
How can I modify my reservation?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to reservations, including date changes or room types. If you are unable to use your reservation as booked, please follow the above cancellation instructions, and then make a new booking with the changed details. Please note that rates are controlled by hotels directly and are subject to change on different dates, so we cannot guarantee the original rate you paid when you re-book.
